（中央社記者張茗喧台北19日電）今天是端午假期第一天，全台豔陽高照，台北、竹苗、宜蘭地區紫外線都達過量等級，中部以南則達危險等級，民眾外出切記做好防曬工作，下午2時前盡量少外出。
環保署空氣品質監測網說明，紫外線指數在8至10間為過量級，曝曬20分鐘就有曬傷可能；紫外線指數在11以上屬於危險級，曝曬15分鐘就有曬傷可能。
今天的紫外線預報顯示，北部地區紫外線指數9，宜蘭、竹苗地區10，3區達過量等級；中部、雲嘉南、高屏地區紫外線指數11，花東地區12，4地區達危險等級。
環保署提醒，民眾在上午10時到下午2時最好減少外出，且應帶帽子、陽傘，擦防曬乳、戴太陽眼鏡等防曬措施，以免曬傷中暑。1040619
